My hunbie's flying to KK early tomorrow morning on a work trip. yeah he travels up and down the peninsular all the time, but this time he'll be over the sea on another piece of land. i dunno, i just dun like the feeling that he's so far away from me :( i know, i dun see him on weekdays, but at least he's closer in mind...

have a safe trip, dearest. i miss u as much as always...

my folks were away for the weekend for a 3d/2n hotel stay that they won together with a pair of F1 GP tickets. so i sneaked Calvin for a sleepover last nite hehe :P we were out late, drinking korean soju at Jimmy's so we were tired and just slept all night. yeah thats right, no hanky panky yaaa... but it was nice to have him over to sleep in my bed for once :)

The first baby step

We have taken the first step towards.. erm.. "ultimate togetherness" haha. we went to the Mapex property expo 2 weekends ago to have a looksee on whats available and what is the price. now we have a rough idea (i think). we've shortlisted a few areas from the pamphlets we collected. so we're gonna go drive around for a looksee one of these weekends.

its actually exciting that we've started doing sth hehe... :) its kinda overwhelming, imagining how it would be like.

A house? What about $$$?

suddenly it seems to me that its gonna be harder than i thought, this plan of ours to have a home together. my dreams of living together with him, seeing him everday.. it has blinded me from the actual reality that it is not so simple like picking a shirt from the hanger and paying for it, then tada i own it. it involves more, much much more than that. i was thinking that perhaps it is too early to be planning such a big thing like a home? perhaps its not the right timing as neither of us are financially ready for such an investment?

he agreed. but he also pointed out that it has to be done sooner or later and there's no harm in starting the planning now so that when the time comes, we will be truly ready for it. it is our vision, after all. we are determined to work hard to achieve it.
